Emmanuel's vision is that the lunch program of each school student is an experience. Not only does it have to be fresh, delicious, kid-friendly, healthy, and well-balanced, but it also has to bring culture and education to every student.

Lunchtime is an opportunity to explore new flavors from different countries, and to taste the flavors of our traditional Jewish cuisine.
